Lovely shop with nice staff who are very helpful. We needed coils which they didn't have in stock. They got them from another shop and phoned me the next day to say they were in . That is great customer service have always had good customer service. But this was above and beyond.
Staff at Musselburgh store were so helpful and very friendly have been in a few other store but I have to say this one was the friendliest and all the questions I asked got answered straight away ally helped me out a lot and spoke in I way i understand definitely will go back
Chris has the most amazing customer service at VPZ in Musselburgh. always has the patience with me as I can’t even put my coil in correct, he helps me!! The best staff in this store!! well recommended!!!
VPZ Musselburgh is open on time, friendly, clean, well presented and an enjoyable experience. Joe remembers my usual purchase, suggests further products I may need and I feel a valued customer. I'm old school and this shop reminds me of a retail environment before the slick digital age, which is a reason I return.

Always looked after really well by very knowledge staff. Joe always remembers what I'm after and ensures there is stock in for me. Don't go anywhere else for vape needs as Joe and the team are a pleasure to deal with.

Very friendly service and good advice. Took plenty of time and I wasn't rushed. Actually endorsed kicking the nicotine habit by gradually reducing strengths and encouraging me to try fruit flavours rather than tobacco flavours. Been 3 weeks since I stopped so advice good so far.
Great shop for vaping amateurs and more experienced users. They have all the essentials and if they don't stock something you can always ask and get it ordered. Very good place for advice as staff is very knowledgeable and keen to help. On top of all that vaporized has loyalty system in place which gives you points for every pound spent. Points get monetary value and can be used as part or full payment. Very handy
