That's the third time in a month he over hanged me and when questioned he blamed his till. It's already diriculosly expensive place for vapes and he wants more. Not nice
They only bother to open the store when they can be bothered it’s now 9.12am on 30th January 2023 store in darkness nobody answering phone either

Very good customer service. Kevin has been brilliant, he helped out when I wasn’t sure which vape or flavour to choose. Great staff, very polite and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
Fantastic staff, great prices, lovely well presented retail space expertly merchandised, all the latest products and an extensive range, immaculately clean, can't fault them.
If your new to vape, and don't know what flavour to get then I suggest you avoid Kevin's recomendation's, I've wasted my money many times and learned the hard way. This guy has given me the worse customer service experience in a vaporized store ever, I walked out feeling unhappy numerous of times, he just doesn't care to help people unless he feels like it, and that's not how customer service should work. Guys go see sandy the store manager, or Euan, both of them are the reason I returned to the portobello store. Cheers for helping me find my favourite flavours!! I am giving this store 5 star's because of you both. Thank's again!!
