    Finally have had to choose another company to buy my vape and oil from. After buying vape after vape and having problems with oil leaking and burning my mouth. Been a loyal customer since this shop opened. Have now gone to a new company and oils are much cheaper.

    Would not recommend. I bought a vape pen less than a week ago and it has already stopped working. As it is a fault with the charging port (not covered under warranty) they won't offer replacement. I could understand if it had been a longer period of time but for the issue to arise within a week suggests a fault with the vape to start with. Poor service and will not be back.

    Staff are really nice. Good selection of mods and tanks. Recently changed it so you can't taste the liquids anymore, you have to put it in your own tank and only if it's empty (then you would have to mix the liquids together if you tried more than one, I think it's a stupid system) please bring back the tasters? Also the selection of e liquids has gone downhill, there isn't much selection as they used to be. Makes me want to go to a different shop order online now :( There is parking on the high street, but there's no parking at the actual shop. It's an easy find shop. It has got a loyalty card system.
