   Brilliant service! Special thank you to Klaudia for all her help when visiting the store the other day. Gave great advice and helped me in purchasing a new device as my current once is a bit faulty and provided helpful tips on maintaining the device to avoid future issues. Was very patient with me during my visit, and very informative and knowledgeable about the products sold. Very happy with the service and will definitely be back!

   Went into the Livingston shop today as I had bought a new vape last week keeping in mind that I buy all of my vapes from here the vape was faulty I explained that it was not holding the charge also that occasionally it was flickering off and on every now and again I was practically told that I was a liar and she said she could not find anything wrong with it and if I wanted it exchanged I would need to take a video of it for me to get an exchange so I am just trying to work out how I can get the evidence for her . I will never again buy my vapes from here and I did spend a lot of money in this shop.

   I came into the shop today 30/05/25 to buy a vape to be told no because my neice was with me, she didn't come into the shop, they asked to see her ID but I explained to them she was my neice and I was buying for myself, they said since she pointed at a sign in the shop window that they would need to see her ID and they have to be vigilant whatever that's supposed to mean, crazy won't be back. So anyone with a younger person with them, NOT even going into the shop will be turned away. Used to like this shop but never heard crap like it. I could understand if she was with me, pointing at different vapes in the shop etc but I even asked her to wait outside because you have to be 18. The poster she pointed out was the vape I smoke, that was it.

   I've been using VPZ since they opened and would never go anywhere else, the loyalty programme is perfect and can make some good savings. It's always service with a smile, I love walking in and don't need to even ask for the liquids as they already know what I buy which for me is great customer service. I would reccomend VPZ to anyone. If you are considering moving to e-cigarette there is no need to go anywhere else. Keep up the good work guys

   I usually avoid going into shops like these as usual the staff aren’t the greatest but this wasn’t the case. The guy that dealt with me was very welcoming & friendly. Couldn’t say a bad word about the staff as they were fantastic. Keep up the good work! I purchased 3 elf bars (cherry) I usually get them out of local shops in my area & never have a problem with them. The ones I bought from VPZ in livi tasted “burnt” & were flashing within the hour. All 3 of them tasted awful & died pretty quickly.

   Brilliant service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. Joe the store manager has been a consistent member of staff for some time, always lovely to see him and he is committed to his job. Other staff are also fabulous and very knowledgeable about the available products!

   I rarely write reviews but Joe has been a superstar for as long as I’ve been going here. Any questions, advice, thoughts on new liquids (as he knows what I typically like) he is just the best. Super friendly. I wish every store was like this as your are welcomed when you go in and asked how you are doing etc. I thought service like this was dead but Joe is keeping it alive.
