   Terrible experience for first time visit! Left the appointment as I spent 30mins just WAITING. Appointment was for 1:45pm, stood there from 1:40 to 2:17 waiting for something to happen. It was 2-3 costumers (including me) in the salon, yet the excuse of the delay was they were "busy". They were possibly understaffed, which would make sense for the "busy" excuse but their lack of organising properly the workload - staff balance, is not my issue. Shouldn't affect my time and money, since they kept my booking fee and they may charge me the service fee, waiting for this one. Update: Booking fee was returned and was NOT charged for the service. Pretty decent attitude from their part.

   I had booked with Jay and she did a fab job, there was a booking error made(not from her) meaning she was double booked. She managed to sort this out and make sure I still got my hair done, provided me with a glass of bubbles making me feel like royalty! Her work is beautiful and explains the process very well. 10/10 :)

   First time at the salon and it was a terrible experience. Charisse the head stylist was an hour and 10 minutes late to my appointment. I was sat in the chair and told she wouldn’t be long. I was waiting that long another stylist came and coloured my hair (quickly) because she had her own client. Charisse finally showed up and there was no apology. She decided to have a 10 minute chat about how she fell out with her boyfriend and then decided to blow dry her own hair all whilst I was waiting. She then came over and cut my hair once she was finished with her own. She was not interested in the slightest, no apology given. I won’t be back and would avoid this stylist.

   Had a terrible experience at this salon. Paid for a full head balayage and came out with half a head of streaky highlights that were way too ashy and poorly blended. Felt like no care was given, they didn’t do a consultation to discuss what I wanted, nothing was explained to me during the appointment and I felt rushed out of the salon because they all wanted to be finished for the day. Tried to negotiate and discuss the issues with Charisse who did my hair and was ghosted by her on Instagram. Called the salon to try and resolve the issue and was promised a call back from the owner which did not happen. Feels like I’ve just thrown money down the drain and I’m now having to get my hair fixed elsewhere. I’m not one to complain or even leave reviews but I am so shocked at how badly this salon treat their customers. Honestly, if I could leave zero stars I would.

   Worst haircut I have ever had the master stylist and I use the term very loosely was more Interested in her new GHD order . I decided to give them another chance and book for a colour. Well work put paid to that but however I had not confirmed my appointment by the text they sent me couldn't make the appointment so they just went ahead and took £100 out of my bank account that will not be refunded as I did not call to cancel but I never confirmed appointment either. I would say though the receptionist emma is lovely as is shampooist Eyanna !!

   Best hair salon I’ve ever used. The techniques are first class. Sarah and the girls are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. I have noticed a massive improvement in the condition of my hair since I started having my colour done here. Would recommend to anyone.

   Sarah and her team are wonderful. Visiting the salon is a pleasure and all the little touches elevate the experience. From "decent" coffee, massage chair, good music and chat. Claire my hairdresser listens carefully to what i want to achieve and gives great and realistic advice. Not many hairdressers i know even find a way to colour your hair less!!
