   Bad management! The pure greed of this place! No air con either so ur sitting sweating and my kids were feeling faint. Place is so dirty aswell. Took my kids once and would never go back. Worst place I’ve ever been, to be honest.

   It was my son's birthday party and we had a great time. The staff was very pleasant and our host Leah was amazing- very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place- great value for money and the food is tasty. Kids had a fab time.

   First time here and experience ruined by total greed. Made me pay £15 to accompany my 4 year old son. I agree that I should supervise him but why charge me £15 for an hour. Also bought 2 soft drinks which is the cheapest copy of "Fruit Shoots" and was charged £3.70 for 2 drinks you can buy for 50p each. An unjustified mark up which is disgusting. I will never return unfortunately.

   Fabulous birthday party for my daughter! Lauren took such good care of us leading up to the party - ensuring it would be smooth on arrival. And Ava was a great party host, taking care of all our needs and helping with whatever the kids needed. Thanks so much to AirThrill, but to these two employees especially who were amazing!

   My son had his birthday party at AirThrill Falkirk and it was coordinated well by Lauren and our host was Jamie. Both were great, Lauren in advance of the party and organising numbers and requirements with me, and then Jamie for managing 20+ kids on the day too. Thank you for making our boys day special!

   This place is so cold that people who are sitting in the cafe need to wear jackets. Only one warm food is a hot dog. Trampolines are OK, but under 5 years old are running unsupervised and bumping into each other. One of the attractions was closed due to staff shortage.

   Brought my 2 daughters today. Had checked online previous to make sure you had disabled access as i currently cannot manage stairs due to being in crutches with a broken ankle. This was fine as when we arrived I was taken to the lift , however when we got inside , it was terribly overcrowded and there was nowhere available to sit . We waited 20 minutes for a table to become available and when it did we had to empty it and clean it ourselves before being able to actually sit down

   Firstly Parking is absolutely terrible and dangerous. We got there 15 minutes before our booking (would of been earlier if we got parking) and ended up waiting over half an hour, my kids missed 20 minutes of their play time that I paid for. There should be a bigger parking area especially with wonder world being joint to it. Secondly it's cold and dirty inside. Very unhygienic, this is our second time going and I thought it was just a one off the first time but it was the same the second time around, luckily I brought antiseptic wipes so my 11 month old could actually sit down in a high chair and eat. The trampoline part is really good however I won't be bringing my 4 kids again due to them loosing out on time I paid for and the hassle with parking.

   Brilliant. Just had a kids party for my son at Airthrill, he absolutely loved it. As the person booking I found the online process simple. Once booked I was contacted well in advance regarding guests dietary requirements etc. On the day of the party I found everything was taken care of and it turned out to be a great experience.
