Got an offer via groupon for both my mum’s for mother’s day, then got told they had an issue with groupon and that I would have to contact them for a refund. I contacted groupon who then contacted the owners and they said they did not deny service, I believe the company uses groupon deals so cheap in hopes that customers will forget to book so they use groupon as a easy cash grab scam. Also realised I had been gifted a groupon for the salon about a year ago, and the same thing happened where I was told there was an issue and I had to contact for a refund. As they lied to Groupon about not refusing service - I could only get my money back as groupon bucks which is extremely inconvenient for me. I hate uploading bad reviews, however this is now twice this situation has happened. Which is what makes me believe this is a recurring scam.
