   Had the most lovely experience here on late night Thursday. I unfortunately had a terrible experience at a previous salon who left me with an extremely uneven haircut. A new u got me in and fixed it. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the girl who cut my hair but she made me feel so comfortable when I was really nervous. She listened to what I wanted and fixed a very bad haircut. I colour my hair myself and never really thought things could go that wrong with just a cut but I was obviously really wrong. Will be sticking to this amazing salon from now on. Honestly thank you so much I am so happy with my cut and will be visiting again next time.

   Waited 15 mins for an eyebrow wax and eventually had leave. These things happen but she took someone else in that had been getting their nails done before me… bad management….these things happen but no updates or apology when I had to leave!

   The most amazing salon and group of girls!! Immediately feel so welcome and at home when you arrive and each of the girls are so talented in what they do!! Cara did the most amazing hair colour on me after losing a lot of trust with previous hair dressers and i’ve now got my dream hair! Would highly recommend A New U for any treatment, can’t wait to get back for another pamper!!
