   Lots of selection, but the old guy that was there was came across as arrogant. I specifically said I don't want menthol, then he recommended a juice double baked cherry strawberry and raspberry... But the vape had menthol in it. Won't be going back

   Just got home asked for menthol 3mg. Lots of options offered was told if I buy a bottle of 'menthol mad' 0MG it would need to mix it with 'Cignal Vape' nicotine 3mg to make it 3mg menthol. So I paid and wish I'd check before I left.. anyway now I'm home he's sold me mad menthol out of date October 2021! It's July 22 and the nicotine is 18MG It's safe to say I'll be buying elsewhere.

   Staff are unhelpful and dismissive after they get your cash. On one occasion simply turning their collective back on me to chit-chat with the ubiquitous deadbeats who constantly hang around the place. Not at all pleasant in my shopping experience and I would recommend either spending the extra and going to Vaporised, or perhaps shooting through to Hazard in Bathgate. Both of the aforementioned have a far superior customer experience and are peopled by staf only too willing to hel;p.

   The guy (didn’t get his name) really helped me get the right equipment, liquids etc and I will definitely return for my coils and liquids. I was sold the wrong stuff by another company last year, I’ve since failed to stick to my vape because it wasn’t the right one to mimic “actual smoking) and that’s why I’ve found it harder to stop real cigarettes. I’m on the right track now. I now have the right stuff and can tackle quitting better now! Thank you! Great service!
