   This is the first time in an extremely long time where I have left a hair salon feeling genuinely happy with how my hair was done! I showed Avril some inspo pics and instead of shutting me down telling me, “I can’t do that, your hair is too thin”, like I’ve been told by near enough every other stylist I’ve ever went to - she listened to me and actually consulted with me in depth until we were both happy on how to proceed. I asked for curtain bangs with some layers and that is exactly what I got! Avril took her time, I didn’t feel rushed and unimportant like in other salons I’ve been to. I was made to feel instantly welcome and left absolutely buzzing with the results. I think I have found my forever hair salon and I cannot wait to go back! Thank you so much, Avril! You’re an absolute star! ⭐️

   Didn't give me what I asked for or showed them. I said I don't want orange hair, or the over growing roots look, yet it is, she said its just the lighting, nothing like the pic I showed her, over priced, contacted manager and she gave me cheek, i sent her photos of what i asked for and what i got, then said I would need to come in and get it darker then text me and said I need another patch test, then didn't get back to me, terrible way yo treat customers! Most expensive hairdressers I've been to, us woman are fussy with our hair ans we all know. But this is why I went in to talk with them weeks before, this is why I showed them photos of what I want and explained what I didn't want, place was frozen too, I was the only one in the shop for nearly 3 hours, now i understand why, that's how great this place is. Also took an allergic reaction to the patch test. But they did it anyway.

   Worst hairdressers ever, my hair came out the wrong colour that I was asking for , I was so upset, the atmosphere in the salon was horrible and to top it off the girl dropped the applicator all over my hoodie that’s now ruined and I never got a sorry? I had to pay more money to get my hair fixed at a different hairdressers, I complained and wanted my money back and all Avril done was ignore me!! I didn’t get my money back, this caused me so much anxiety my hair was awful! DONT WASTE YOUR HAIR OR MKNEY IN THIS SALON!!! Obviously I can’t reply to the Salons reply so I’ve edited this: I like that you have read my reviews that’s lovely, and can I just point out you have not actually says you would fix it! I have all the proof , as a long term client I did actually think I would have been treated better but no…… and I do think I’ve came to complaining due to the no response you tell everyone your doing, the pictures of my hair I have you can’t seriously say it’s a professional job! Also I don’t lie. I did give you plenty of time to help and follow up but nothing resulting in a bad review! Its a very unprofessional side of the business if I have a complaint I guess.
