Nice BA lounge in EDI, small but well appointed. Food is ok, so is the selection. Easy walk to the ba gate.

Great lounge - hot food, snacks and drinks. Plenty of space. Lovely staff. Me and my husband felt relaxed. Lots of charging points too which my other half liked! Only feedback was limited sweet/pud selection if you cant have dairy. Would use again next time.

This is for the very poor service of BA ground staff, not the lounge. We've never had such poor or arrogant service at a BA check-in desk (or even at a Ryanair desk) as we did this morning for our flight from Edinburgh to Heathrow. Gillian was the unsmiling, surly, arrogant clerk who insisted that we put our cabin luggage into the hold despite it being the same luggage we've used on countless BA (and Ryanair) flights over the past 10 years. When we respectfully challenged this - advising that we had connecting flights at Heathrow and were concerned that the extra time that this would take and risked our missing our flights, she ignored us and continued to repeat what I can only assume is company-speak for 'talk to the hand because I'm not listening'. After repeated requests she admitted that the refusal to accept one of our bags - the other one was deemed acceptable despite being one of the matching pair we had with us - was in fact due to my wife's backpack being 'large', which it isn't as the attached photos show. We therefore had one bag in the hold, another bag of the same size - considered acceptable for the cabin - along with the so-called (but not) large holdall... Ridiculous and unacceptable treatment for which Gillian refused to justify (unsurprisingly, given that it was unjustifiable) and instead simply stoneyfacedly continued to repeat her prelearned mantra. This from a once-excellent airline which I was always happy to favour. Not now. Goodbye BA, hello Virgin... NB I also took photos of the cabin overhead lockers, which clearly show that there was no pressure on space.

Food is fantastic. Lounge is quite. But it’s the little things which make a huge difference: Fresh tablet and Tunnockβ€˜s tea cakes! Even Monin syrup for your coffee. Love it!!

Rather big BA lounge with multiple sections and plenty of seating options. Buffet style food is more than sufficient and good bar selection including alcohol free gin options. Our flight was delayed so we got to enjoy the breakfast as well as lunch spread.

Our experience here was one of the best ones, the staff in this lounge do really go out of the way to provide you with exceptional customer service. Very clean lounge, a great selection of food and beverages. Though I must be very honest, the omelette for breakfast is to die for. I’m still craving it while I’m writing this review. Though there is one tiny bit that they can improve on which is the the disabled toilet which needs more space as to where it’s located as there is a very small turning circle. Other than that this little bit of an adjustment that is needed, other aspects take huge positive contributing factors over this small part of the problem.

Additional sofas and cocktails would bring this place to a solid five stars. They have fantastic restrooms and the general vibe was very relaxing, even with small children present! I confess we didn't explore the full lounge and additional sofas may be available in the opposite section.

Enjoy all BA lounges, always clean and generally have ample room to find a seat. I generally use the lounge for business so quiet spaces are always ideal and BA does offer areas where you are able to work. The food here was limited in choice compared to other lounges however there is enough of a choice for snacks and drinks and away from the kthereise busy airport

Good after 4pm when they offer hot paninis, otherwise thin gruel (literally). They have recently changed caterer for the sandwiches and they are now dreadful. WiFi was broken today. Staff used to be good at looking after flight issues such as delays etc but not anymore, they couldn’t care less. Tables uncleared in the two hours I was there. Spirit dispensers stuck on top of the wine bottles. No newspapers or magazines.
