Cut my hair far too short nit what I asked for , Helen who cut my hair was 30 minutes late coming in for my appointment no apology. While cutting my hair all she talked about was her son school and secret santa . Time I left I knew every child got for secret santa . Will not be going back.
Helen has always given me a great cut and colour. Her prices are good value and it's so convenient for us to have a local hairdresser. Her hairdressers is an asset to our community. Noreen.
Forced to give one star but none are deserved. I had my hair butchered at this Salon by the owner Helen. I wanted my hair styled for prom however my hair ended up looking as though a 5 year old had had a play day. The amount of lacker used was so excessive the hair was white in places, kirbies could be seen, the style was not what I asked for and when I asked Helen to fix part of it she said it was too late as she had put the hair spray on it. I went back to Salon and the other hairdresser agreed my hair was a mess and that other people had previously complained after Helen has done their hair. The other stylist then attempted to fix my hair but it was impossible to salvage so she took it down. I then had to go to another hair dresser and have my hair rewashed and done again. After phoning today to complain Helen hung up. I then went to the shop to speak face to face with Helen, she denied everything and instead accused me of spraying my own hair with more hair spray and refused to give a refund or even an apology. Outraged and will Never be back again.
