Julie-Anne is honestly amazing at what she does, I have insanely thick and curly hair so damaging my hair is my biggest concern over previous bleaching nightmares. I am able to show her what I want and she uses very little to no bleach whilst still achieving the colour I’d requested for. I’m still able to have lovely hair without compromising the health. Cannot recommend enough.
I was welcomed as I entered the salon. I asked for a stand by hair appointment and the receptionist took her time to see if she could find a space for me. The staff member who washed my hair was very friendly and very good at giving a head massage. Julianne was friendly and very professional, asking what I wanted but also giving advice. I was very pleased with my haircut.I would highly recommend this salon.

Always friendly, professional, listen to what I want and I get a great cut and colour each time. The trainees are enthusiastic and clearly learn far more than 'just' how to cut hair - they are always polite and a pleasure to chat with too. I've been with Julianne and this Rainbow Room franchise for at least 12 years and I'm not going anywhere else!
