I had my hair cut on Friday 30th September 2022. It is the worst and most unprofessional haircut I have ever had. I will be making a phone complaint on Monday 3 October 2022.

Jen, Emma and all of the team, have always been professional, kind and warm to me since moving to the area and having that difficulty of finding a new stylist.... i highly recommend Lox and any one of the ladies there for hair. I also highly recommend treatments by Sam again a lovely, professional, kind human being....
A absolute pleasure from beginning till end covid 19 restrictions in place but made you feel welcomed & safe .Went in with lockdown hair came out feeling fantastic
Excellent beauty therapist, Sam's beauty box based in the salon is excellent nails ,hena brows, waxing , lashes wouldn't go anywhere else would give 10 stars if possible
