The salon overall was quite poorly maintained. The brushes they used were old, with missing bristles, burned from the blow dryers, and still had hair from previous clients. During the hair wash, they didn’t even ask if the water was too hot — and it was. They didn’t towel-dry my hair properly either; instead, they just pulled the towel off, leaving my face soaked and water dripping onto the floor. The haircut itself lasted about two minutes — I didn’t even understand what was happening. Then they asked if I wanted my hair blow-dried straight or curly. Unfortunately, I said curly. They didn’t even try to dry my hair a bit before starting to blow-dry it completely wet. They decided to leave the round brushes in my hair, and when it came time to take them out, it was painful — just pulling and yanking, with no apology or care. It felt more like pulling the brushes off my head than taking them out of my hair. To top it all off, they finished by curling the hair again with a flat iron. By the time I got home — only 8 minutes away — there was no trace of the curls left.

My daughter has autism and has issues with sitting still she looked at my daughter with disgusting face she knew my daughter has disability I wanted her hair cut she refused to cut and the way she spoke to my daughter was appalling a 9 years old kid got treated with nasty attitude by a woman who’s old enough to be a grandmother she didn’t even say sorry or nothing I said bye she didn’t even reply she had a stinking attitude as if she is about to kill someone mistreating disabled kids it’s absolutely disrespectful

I've just had a great cut and blow dry with Michelle. Very pleased with the result. Lovely sharp bob cut and perfect finish. Definitely worth a visit. Ive been going for a few years and always get exactly what I asked for. Great price too.
