   Look at this photo and think a thousand times before you step into that salon!!! They butchered my hair. I asked to “refresh and trim 1 cm”, and this so-called stylist hacked off 6 cm. CHUNKS. MISSING. Half a year of growth destroyed in minutes. And the owner was right there, pretending nothing was happening. No apology, no explanation - absolutely nothing! Just pure PURE NEGLIGENCE AND ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!!! AVOIID THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE EVEN A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR HAIR!!!

   Short haircuts can be tricky especially with hair like mine but Steven did a very good job! He listened to what I wanted and cut my hair accordingly telling me what he was doing each step of the way. It was a very good experience overall. I'm definitely coming back.

   I was blown away by the haircut and service I received at POMO. Stevan was absolutely amazing, and not only pushed me to get a little creative with my dye and cut, but provided so many helpful tips on how to look after my hair. I’m an international student, and had a bad experience at another salon in Partick. I was so nervous to go to another hair salon because of that, and the fact that I’d been going to the same salon in my home country for years. I’d honestly go out of my way to book an appointment when visiting friends and family in Glasgow in the future - this place is that good!

   I have been going to see Stevan on and off for a few years. I have tried and failed to use other hairdressers and never been happy with the result. He is a real artist and am booked in next week for a colour for the first time. My wife also very rarely likes my hair when I have it cut, but she has always liked it when Stevan does it! Lovely small salon with a nice atmosphere and the other staff seem super friendly too.

   Decided to make an appointment here after seeing all the great reviews. Appointment for 1200. Arrived 1155. 1230 and still not ready for me. At this point I just made my excuses and left.
