   I understand things happen that can't be helped, but the fact this is now the third time my wife's appointment has been cancelled and she hasn't been advised is just completely unacceptable. Each time, they tried to get her to go over to the west end shop, saying things like 'it's just through the clyde tunnel, its only £8 in a taxi'. To let folk down over and over is terrible customer service, so my advice is if you are really wanting your hair done, book somewhere else to avoid disappointment. I am only giving one star as it won't let me give zero!

   Fabulous Salon ! I have been going to the The Hair Boutique in Renfrew for around 2 years - I found a great salon & stylist and I am sticking with it. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. My stylist Paula is an absolute star - she knows exactly how I like my hair and always offers me the best advice to keep my hair looking and feeling its best. All of the staff are well trained on the latest styles, fashions and treatments. Their facebook and instagram shows the quality of their work and the range of services on offer. The salon has recently been renovated and looks fantastic! A great place to relax and be pampered.

   Thank you Liam for doing a wonderful job on my recent visit to the Salon, you are a true treasure!! I would highly recommend The Hair Boutique in Renfrew, they always provide an amazing service and I always leave the salon feeling confident and happy. I have used the salon for the past 4 years and would recommend Liam and Monica, whom are both amazingly talented hair experts! (Along with the rest of the stylists I assume).    Always delighted after getting my hair done at the Hair Boutique. Been going to Paula for years. She is always happy to give advice when looking for a change in hairstyle/colour etc. Great atmosphere and all staff very friendly. Always complimented on how great conditon and bouncy my hair is after a Blowdry. Can't recommend enough.

   I’m so so pleased with my results from The Hair Boutique. It was the first time I’d offer for chemical dye for my red hair over henna, and Monica created the most beautiful dynamic colour that really suits my skin tone - I felt in very very safe hands, she sure knows what she’s doing. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - just go!

   I was excited to try this place out. I had stalked their Instagram for a while looking for the best hair stylist that would suit my needs. I chose Liam which is a senior hair stylist there. I arrived to my appointment at 1:35 when the apt was set for 1:40 and was barely taken in to be seen at 2 o clock! I was disappointed that I had waited that long because I made an appointment for a reason. Liam and I discussed what I wanted and I explained that I wanted to go a bit darker but still wanted to leave caramel and honey tones through my hair to give me dimension. He said that he knew what he could do, so he went to town on my hair. The salon assistant was great at giving me a complimentary head massage and was gentle rinsing my hair. When it came down to it the hair it wasn't bad but just wasn't what I expected and I wish it would've gone a little lighter. The salon itself has loads of potential but I feel like it needs to be kept cleaner. I understand it's a hair salon and that there will be hair everywhere but I really did feel that the sinks they wash your hair were messy and stained with hair dye and you can see other people's hair clogged up in the sink holes. Also, there's major leaking in the structure of the salon. I knocked off a star from the salon for that reason.
