   I’ve never felt the need to take a complaint like this further, but the way this hairdresser has cut my mums hair has left my mum and me absolutely appalled. The stylist Leigh that was dealing with my mum today has butchered my mums hair to say the least and caused a major downfall in her confidence leaving your salon today. This was and will be the last time she will use your services and furthermore we will not shine a good light into your business. The pictures included speak for themselves, £40 it cost for an atrocious haircut and a decline in confidence.

   First time in this beautiful salon. Sophie and her staff made me feel so welcome. They explained all the products and I have now found the perfect solution to my hair issues. I am allergic to various chemicals but the products in this salon are totally natural. I had no stinging or redness. So please with my hair, colour and cut.

   This was my first visit to Sophie Graham Hair and it won't be the last. Leigh was fantastic with my 6 year old daughter and she loves her braids! I felt like Leigh really listened to what I wanted and I now have a manageable, flattering hairstyle! Thank you!

   What can I say, my visit from start to finish was brilliant. The salon is lovely with a friendly welcoming atmosphere helping you relax as soon as you walk through the door. This was my first visit and straight away got a good vibe before even sitting int the chair. Sophie looked after me today for a cut and colour and completely understood what I wanted to do but added her own sprinkle of visionary magic to explain what she was going to do to bring my hair back to life. The banter was top class and after care advice very much welcome to keep my lush locks looking so good. I walked out at the end of my appointment looking and feeling Pinterest worthy. Can’t thank Sophie and the girls enough. Will absolutely be back and highly recommend to all.

   Had my first app at the salon yesterday and thrilled with the results. I had my app with Hannah and she was so attentive and talked me through all my options for what I was looking to achieve colour wise. Hannah also gave me tips and explained etc how I can make my colour last - this was a bonus especially with red hair! Didn’t feel rushed at all (which I have had with salons in the past) and all staff really lovely! Was asked throughout my app if I was happy with how it was looking which I really appreciated too! Will definitely be back :)

   Sophie is amazing! I hadn’t been to a salon in years after one horrendous experience and from the moment you walk in you feel so at ease and welcomed by all the friendly staff. Sophie is not only excellent at her job but she is bubbly, warm and really pays so much attention to what you want. I was originally meant to be in with another stylist who was unfortunately unwell that day and instead of cancelling Sophie offered to have me in at a different time on the same day! She was so accommodating and you can tell she really takes pride in her work. Thank you so much Sophie! I absolutely love my hair. Also Elle (sorry if I’ve got the name wrong!) the apprentice was so lovely and did a fantastic job styling my hair!
