I love Kenneth Edward’s hairdresser the staff are so nice and friendly and they always make sure that your comfortable and they always make you a cappuccino on arrival
So I wanted to get my blonde highlights re done, and the hair dresser then just dyed my hair brown? Like how does that even happen? So I say this isnt blonde and she has to start over, she seemed annoyed that she had to spend more time on my hair despite her making the mistake. Also just watch out because they lie about prices. They say they do student discount but thats only for the certain things, so you think your going to get 10% off a 120 pound bill for cut and colour, but in actual fact you're only getting £2 off for the cut. Worst hair dressing experience of my life, after this I never dyed my hair again and dont plan on ever going to a hairdressers again. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, also the staff were veryyyy rude to me.
Have a special birthday coming up so decided to go here, Lesley was amazing, did everything I wanted & more, The young girl who washed, combed through my hair was also lovely, loved talking about our cats!!

Some managers are just arrogant unprofessional with no manners and have no customer service skills and Kenneth Edwards is a perfect example. I turned up today to this awful salon after booking an appt that I had for a groupon deal. I had mentioned this when booking on phone and when I went for a patch test 2 days ago. So I had now mentioned to 2 different people that I had a groupon voucher, neither of these 2 people said to me you can't use a groupon an a Saturday. When I arrived for my apt today I was told they don't do Groupon on Saturday. When I assured her no one told me this the girl then went to speak to another girl, came back spoke to me then went and got the Owner/Manager Kenneth. As soon as he came over to me, he had an attitude, I explained to him I made it clear on 2 occasions it was a groupon voucher. He said to me "You didn't book it as a groupon. Did you give them your code?" I said I wasn't asked for any code again said you didn't book it as a groupon. I asked him was he calling me a lair he pretty much said yes, take note this is what this awful little man thinks of his clientele .I was made to feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of a salon full of people. This awful little man is arrogant rude hostile and has no manners. The way he spoke to me was disgraceful and he could not even bother to apologies for his staff's mistake. When I left the salon I was nearly in tears . My niece called me and said why did you go to this awful salon, I forgot that she had a terrible experience there last year. Another thing he said to me was well if you'd read your voucher it says you can't use it on Saturday, another thing this awful little man got wrong I've read my voucher no where does it say you can't use it on a Saturday. The voucher stated clearly valid Mon - Sun. This arrogant manager has showed his true colors. I would never set foot in this salon again even if it was free. Be warned awful awful awful.
