   I love coming to the salon. It is so relaxing. I get my hair done but also have great chat & I feel so at ease. I always say that coming to the salon is a my couple of hours relaxation away from my house lol. Hannah is a great stylist & I wouldnt go anywhere else. I am now booked in right up until December 2026. Have a great xmas guys. See you all next year xxxx

   The salon is lovely and welcoming, always greeted by smiley faces when you walk in. Quick consultation with Nadine before getting my hair washed and an amazing head massage. Nadine was brilliant as always, total perfectionist, making sure everything was just right before I was finished. Left feeling amazing, with my hair feeling and looking phenomenal.

   Nadine is an incredible hairdresser — she truly listens and just gets it. Every time I book in with her, I walk out with picture-perfect hair. She blends blondes flawlessly with zero brassiness, just bright, beautiful colour. She’s also such a good laugh, which makes the whole experience even better. The sweetest soul with a big heart and a big personality, she connects effortlessly with clients of all ages. Highly recommend!

I walked out the salon 3 hours later feeling like a different woman. What a fantastic job shes done. I look forward to the next time

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly uplifting salon experience at 1302 I had the most wonderful experience at 1302. Hannah completely transformed my hair — she’s not only talented but also incredibly attentive and kind. I left with the softest, healthiest blonde hair I’ve had in years. I was also treated to one of the best head massages I’ve ever had, courtesy of a lovely young assistant who clearly has magic hands! It was the kind of appointment that leaves you walking taller and smiling wider. From start to finish, the whole experience felt thoughtful, and genuinely uplifting.    I booked an appointment for my daughter and was advised it was with Nadine. I called the salon at really short notice after being let down by another salon and you were able to fit my daughter in. My daughter really enjoyed her experience and has not stopped talking about it saying the stylist was lovely. When I called for a last minute appointment I was told it would be a cut and blow dry. I explained I did not want her to have a cut and blow dry and she just needed a cut as was coming home for a bath afterwards anyway. I was advised I would be charged the full price regardless of if I opted to get her hair washed and blow dried or not. I was advised she was taking up an appointment and that's "how they work" and "I am not being awkward with you pal". As this was a last resort and her hair needed cut for an occasion with no other time to get it done I went through with it. I find it really disappointing that this is the case in a modern salon. It is very common for children to get a dry cut with no need for products, wash and blow dry but this was not an option. I was also charged over the odds for this due to 'taking up an appointment' when a dry cut would have taken much less time. I appreciate an appointment was offered last minute and it helped with the situation I was in but I feel this salon is over priced and does not take into account the needs and wants of their customers. This type of customer service (although not the overall service) has made me question if I will use the salon again.
