   Been here a few times always had a good experience although went in Tuesday afternoon with my son girl in shop was lovely especially to my son but as I left I said how much she charged me 20 pound for a dry cut when it's 21 for a cut and blow dry I understand times are hard but ffs 20 for a dry cut that took less than 10 mins absolute joke definitely won't be back nothing worse than walking out a hairdressers feeling robbed and on top off that I now have to pay more money to get my hair fixed because it looks like she's used wavy scissors on my hair absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

   Wife called today and within 10 minutes had her appointment now that's service the only good thing is she used the payment to get there I used the stairs some of them out of order and the only toilets available were the disabled toilet turned around to the lifts and they were out as well.

   I asked for a non appointment cut and blow with a bit of thinning. Rhona kept chopping away and when she had finished drying suggested it would look nice tucked behind my ears!!! I went home and straightened it and burst into tears due to the mess. My hairdresser who is sorting it now advised it will be atleast 3 trims over 5 months before it is what I asked for. She also ripped out an earring which I didn't notice until I returned home. Time this lady and her scissors retired!!!
