   I have been going here several times but I think this would be my last. I have booked 2 deal packages of unlimited blowdries which are adequate but 9/10 I wash my own hair as needed to say several times to scrub it better etc so I just gave up the fight and started having it pre washed and just styled in the premises. I wouldn’t say the blowdries last long at all and that’s why I would never pay full price for them. I recently decided I wanted to switch to start growing my nails out so BIAB was the way to go- unfortunately this is not the best place to go for it. The prices reflect the service provided. When told that I didn’t believe the best techniques were being followed in BIAB application, I was met with attitude. Without the lovely service of Tricia, I would not be giving the business 3 stars. Pictures below are of BIAB done less than 2 hours previously, I will be going to another nail tech tomorrow.

   Came for a spray tan. Absolutely delighted with my experience, really loved the tan, it was glowy and didnt look overdone. I was really nervous and Rachael made me feel at ease. Will be back!

   Went in to get a full head of blonde highlights and came out with half my hair done they never touched my front of my hair or back so I went back and told them about it and they said they would fix it so they done a few of my highlights and yet again they never fixed where they missed so I told the manager that they haven’t fixed my hair and she says if I want it fixed again I would be charged full price of my hair I explained it’s dark at the back and missed bit round my hair and my front so she refused me a refund and she says that I have been upsetting the staff they don’t want to touch my hair again and all I want is a refund or fixed without paying I think if u go in for full head highlights and toner I shouldn’t have dark roots and the back of my hair and front should be blonde not dark manager says I was talking about other staff but I haven’t I’ve said good things about this salon when they have asked me but this time I’ll never be back after the cheek I got of the manager

   Needed a last minute nail app for biab and this place had space at half 4. I booked in and noted if i could get a removal for previous nails in the notes as i couldn’t find the removal service on the list i then got told it wasn’t possible and that i couldn’t be fit in for both on the same day which was fair so i didn’t show up, i then got charged the £25 for not showing up when i had been told the services couldn’t be offered on the same day. i respect businesses and would fully understand to charge if i hadn’t shown up but i hadn’t shown due to being told it couldn’t be done. i then took it up with the page on instagram and they were very unprofessional, argumentative and not trying to help me with a resolution apart from rebooking and i’m not sure why i would want to rebook with a place who are only interested in money / greed. AVOID at all costs

   This place is honestly amazing! Everything in one spot! Nail girls are so lovely and do such a fab job, get the lash lift and the results are incredible and don't get me started on the massage, so relaxing and everyone is just generally dead bubbly and friendly. Not a bother asking for help booking also the girls are so helpful and lovely! New fav place!

   First time today getting full head of foils and cut with Danielle, a down to earth welcoming salon, I will definitely be returning and would recommend they do so many things here too, nails, eyelashes, make up aesthetics to name a few. Thank you Danielle for making my day x
