I got my hair and makeup done for a wedding I was very pleased with the result I got lots of lovely compliments about how I looked
Booked an appointment online, called the salon straight away to confirm that my booking had gone through. The women confirmed my booking was in place. Turned up at the salon and as soon as I entered I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable, stated I never had a booking, then confirmed that I did in fact phone in but I wasn’t booked in and there’s nothing they can do about it. Staff was unapologetic and unfriendly, lady with the black hair was extremely rude and apprehensive. Would never go back and I’m thankful I didn’t spend my money there. No gesture of good will given for time I had wasted where I could of got my hair done elsewhere. Absolutely bang out of order to be treated this way.
Just got my hair did today. Super happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend :) Natalie is awesome.
