   Had bad experience on Sunday 23/04/2022 Staff was horrible. Because are big savings at this time there is lots of people fancy to get pair of shoes for better price. So, was a long queue up to the end of the store. I noticed there is 4-5 people messing around a till, talking to different people from the staff, leaving their shopping bags under the desk and then coming back again with more things to buy and skipping the queue. I asked girl an the till what is going on? She didn’t had an adequate answer and the other girl which seems to be a customer in reality was their staff which having a day off and bringing her friends with her to get a better discount as she is a Nike store worker. This is unprofessional approach to the customers, as in fact her friends the same customers as me. Absolutely rubbish service. Most people had one item only and they was keep bringing stuff to buy and showing price tag to this girl with glasses and asking how much then they need to pay with her giant discount. Imagine you are at Tesco supermarket queuing up and all the sudden one of the members of staff will start bringing his family and friends in front of you? One star!!! Will go to adidas next time.

   Went to shop at lakeside Thurrock as on website it says and it said shuts at 6pm turned up at 5.35pm and they refused to let any customers in this is terrible customer service! I stood there and at least 10 customers turned away so bad! The other shops on the retail shut at 8pm or later maybe change your opening hours or just let people in the time your supposed to be open?

   Lots of good sale products here. Que was insane and if u come in the evening the store will be in a huge mess, at no fault of there own obviously. We bought 2 pairs of trainers. Was really happy overall

   I don't often do that but I'm so disappointed in customer service which is non-existing that it is only one star for me and I would probably give it less if possible. I asked for assistance twice and the guy was just fobbing me off saying yeah we don't have the black one but the red one because that's what he could see and grab in the first place and straight back to his mates just to enjoy live and have a good conversation. I left the store feeling unsatisfied with no intention buying anything whatsoever. Sometimes it doesn't matter whether you going to spend 50 quid 100 or 200 quid you just want the product you're looking for. I won't be definitely coming back to the store I won't be spending money in here and I would not recommend it to anyone. Sorry to say but as in the previous places every time you get youths working together they don't have a clue what the good customer service is they don't know that they are there to do a job they just want to simply enjoy themselves, now that works for them but not for the customers unfortunately. It would be nice if a manager would step in but maybe its just another mate... Ps the store was not busy at all

   Clean clear and tidy, which makes it easy to navigate and shop in. Good selection of clothing at a moderate price with regular changes in stock. Staff are always well presented and happy to help. Young lad there was very helpful to us.

   The prices are OK but not much better than sports direct. The staff are generally unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked a lady's help on the shop floor and got basic blunt answers. There was no offer to assist us further. Later I asked her another question and she was more interested in some plastic wrapping and again answered very bluntly without looking at us and walked off. The store was virtually empty with several colleagues chatting and hanging around the tills. No reason why someone couldn't take 5 mins out to help us. The young man on the check out was really nice and polite though. If it wasn't for him I may have put the trainers down and gone elsewhere. Probably wouldn't shop here again.

   Quick service. Went to return an item I bought online. Staff were friendly and explained I couldn't return in store because I paid via PayPal. So, if you pay for items using PayPal or Klarna, be aware you can't return the item to a store.

   Well this store was a secret gem. We stumbled across it and boy oh boy do they have some great deals. Once you work out your shoe size in US you see the point. Got a great pair of Nike trainers for £37 instead of £110. So bargains to be had if you don't mind older styles. They have some serious stuff there.
