“Staff were helpfull but as a spurs fan i broke out in a cold sweat and started itching looking for a football kit for a family member 9 year olds kit over £100 over priced thrift shop!”

“Well this store was a secret gem. We stumbled across it and boy oh boy do they have some great deals. Once you work out your shoe size in US you see the point. Got a great pair of Nike trainers for £37 instead of £110. So bargains to be had if you don't mind older styles. They have some serious stuff there.”

“Being a larger man I was dreading drudging around lakeside being told " we only do your size online" so when I walked into N A Menswear on Saturday 23/03/24 I spoke to a very well dressed chap ( I an sorry I didn't get his or the lady who helped me Sunday) who couldn't do enough to help. He found the biggest jacket in the shop, but was not big enough, so he was on the phone and found a black suit, to be collected by a colleague on her way in on Sunday. I tried the 3 piece suit on and as he was aware I needed it on Tuesday he turned up the trousers while we waited . “By far my favourite M&S store! Easy to shop, the food hall is always well stocked and staff are available for assistance if needed. Friendly and helpful. Same in the clothes departments, well staffed, fitting rooms are always manned, staff welcoming and knowledgable of stock. The cafe has always been very busy so have not used yet Great store, excellent customer service, thank you M&S!”

“Visited this shop to get some trainers for myself and my husband. The service was good, but took a while to get our trainers as it was a bit busy. One staff member wasn't great and didn't look remotely interested in her job or look like she wanted to be there. The other guy went out his way to help me find my size and gave me advice on the sizing. We did purchase a pair each.”
