Very friendly staff, my only disappointment is they tend to run out of stock for larger or normal sized people but otherwise a pleasant experience

Great products as always, hard to find a fit that compliments my top half but a lacoste polo never fails me, as for staff members they will go that extra distance to accommodate you provide you with various options and if stuck for colour options they will give you positive input and overall a very warm experience to which spending money feels like a treat the way it's meant to be, lakeside lacoste staff are brilliant in every way and this is where they stand out from the rest, this is what I look for on a shopping experience and this is exactly what you get when you attend the lakeside branch. Very happy customer and will return again for more products

Staff are very handing, doesn’t leave you alone when your shopping, kept on following me around when I was trying to shop made me feel extremely uncomfortable! Will do my shopping elsewhere! Never busy anyways when I do my regular shops place should close down

Just went in with my wife and As I approached the till, I received a death stare from the male staff wearing glasses who has an accent from the corner of the store. My reason for visit was to have a tag removed for one of my previous purchases as they had forgotten to remove them. Afterwards my wife fancied an item near the entrance and showed me it. The male staff then suddenly decides to approach us with a stern greeting. He was way too intimidating for me.
Lady today was very helpful. They didn’t have my size but she was still happy to look everywhere and managed to find me something in my size that I liked. Really appreciate your help :)
Can not praise the staff enough. Extremely helpful, pleasant and polite, could not do enough for you. My friend had to return something bought online but could not find barcode on printed label. These ladies sorted it out for her.. fabulous
