   "I recently purchased a pair of shoes from the Adidas store, but unfortunately they did not fit properly and caused me a lot of pain when I tried to wear them. I went back to the store to try to return them, but because it was a bank holiday, I was unable to do so. When I returned to the store after the holiday, I was informed by the staff that the shoes were old and could not be returned or refunded. This was extremely disappointing, as I had only worn the shoes once and they clearly did not fit properly. I am very unhappy with the customer service and return policy at this Adidas store and would not recommend it to others." And the thing is kind of rude behaviour of the staffs not in a polite way , bad staff experience and bad product experience

   Really fantastic staff in this store, we went today and nothing was too much trouble, I hope this gets back to your team at this store. Thank you so much. My partner needed help with some clothes and there was a young Asian staff member that was super helpful, the girl on the checkout was amazing and the security guard who looked after the changing rooms was very nice and polite. Well done everyone.

   Good selection of products and reasonable prices However, the service was terrible They had four staff on the tills and despite only 6 people ahead of me, it took 40 minutes to buy my one item. Apparently one till was not working, and another till was occupied by someone who had an issue with an online order. When finally the person working the one working till was swapped out and a manager came to see what was going on they suddenly magically started moving the queue at the correct pace and we were finally able to check out Absolutely terrible service Hope it is a one off

   Shop is very well set out with nice selection of stock. Lady with long black hair was very helpful, BUT the man at the checkout who was talking to what I believe to be the manager was not interested in customer service at all. Ask me if I wanted a bag 3 times while chatting to other staff. Don't like this and neither do other customers

   I went there today. I did find stuff to be very helpful very professional and they also provide me with information I was looking for.    Good shop, but the practice of closing the 1845 door and not letting the customer get a quick shot is unprofessional and below criticism. The security guard was rude and arrogant. Especially when you explain that you are going, check if they have this size and buy quickly or not. And there is little time after work on a weekly basis. It's idiotic.
