    Been going to this barbers for about 6 years paying £10 a hair cut up until I became above the age of 16 I started paying £12, I’ve just went to get my hair cut with £12 in my pocket and got turned away because they put the prices up to £13 wich is fair but it’s not until I asked him to cut in the now and I’ll pay £14 for my next cut he still refused so I then stated that I have been giving them £15/£20 at times for that same £12 haircut letting them keep the change but when it comes to me needing them to help me out with “£1” they refuse to take me what an absolute joke they’re quick enough to take your money but just as quick to turn you away when you’ve not got the right money

    Took my son in today, and was very specific about what he wanted. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention while it was being cut, having thought it was a fairly straightforward request. He's now come away with nothing like he wanted, it's way too short to even fix it, and he has spent the day in tears, his confidence being really knocked. Definitely won't be back, and will see an experienced hairdresser instead.
