   Absolutely 5 stars ! ✨my wee boy was terrified of getting his haircut to the point when I took him to the barbours we couldn’t get his haircut anymore he would just scream and we would need to leave today I took him to this gentleman who took all the time to settle him with distractions and building trust with my wee boy he had toys and put a cartoon on for him and he went at his pace cutting his hair he let him with no problem even smiling and laughing at him he has such a way with kids this man deserves all the business that comes his way he made us both so happy today and my wee boy said he would go back he’s only 3 years old ! Best service will be back

   A massive thank you to the team at Jordanhill Barbers. I was in earlier today with my son for the first time. He's been terrified of going to get his hair cut the last few times I've taken him (to a different barber shop), crying and screaming to the point where it was almost impossible to cut his hair. Today it was the complete opposite, where the staff were patient, friendly, caring and understanding and because of that it was a stress free time. From the very start they made my son feel at home, asking his name, age and giving high fives. They put Paw Patrol on the TV and have a shelf with toys to play with too. Placing him in the little car in front of the TV made him comfortable, he was given the choice of which gown to wear (a car one or spider man), and asked which toy he wanted to play with. When it was time to start cutting his hair with the clippers, my son was told it was just a buzzy bee and the barber was slow and considered doing a little bit at a time and kept stopping and saying "was that ok, can I do a little bit more" and telling him he was a clever boy and well done. When it came to cutting the top of his hair with the comb and scissors and even spraying it with water, everything was explained in a patient caring manner and time was taken to ensure my son was ok. My son has always hated the hair itching him and time was taken to stop, ask where it was itchy and use the brush and hairdryer to blow the hair away. There is also a pet bird in the shop which whistles and chirps and my son loved it and kids are offered a lolly pop at the end too. Were there was tears every time before today there were none. I even managed to sit and get my own haircut at the same time where before I had to hold his hand and have him on my lap. Honestly gobsmacked at the difference. Thanks so much for this. A relieved dad and a happy boy. A perfect start to the Easter weekend.

   Took my 18 month old boy to the Jordanhill barbers today for the first time. I had been searching for a while for a barbers to take him to as he has curly hair on the top and wanted a barber who did exactly what I asked for, and this barbers did exactly that! I’m not too sure what the barbers name is but he gave my boy a fantastic trim and was so patient with him! He also was so friendly which was nice overall! They have a car for the younger kids and I think this definitely helped my son to sit a bit nicer. My partner also got his haircut and was happy with the fade he got! Will definitely be back again! Thankyou

   I’m very particular with who cuts my sons hair. This is the first barbers that have left me extremely happy with his cut and my boy has been made to feel very comfortable. Something he struggles with at times. Today was my 3rd time bringing him to Jordanhill barbers, I will continue to be a customer here, all the way from Easterhouse.

   Fantastic barbers, very child friendly and reasonably priced. Have been using them myself for a few years now and never had a bad experience. My young son loves sitting in the red racing car whilst getting his hair cut. They've always managed a good cut and are very patient if he keeps looking around the room at everything else going on. Highly recommend them for all ages.

   They can't follow simple instructions, I asked them to cut a little bit off the front and they take off 3 bloody quarters of my hair and leave me looking absolutely mental. Unbelievable. Will not be returning. Edit: The owner has replied to my review threatening me with legal actions and making heinous accusations due to me exercising my freedom of speech, I find this very immature of the owner. I will not be bullied into silence, this makes me wonder how many times he has done this before to people who tell the truth.

   Great family barbers! My 4 year old loves coming in to have a seat in the car, a wee haircut and getting a wee sweetie at the end! Makes it such a positive experience for us parents too!! Seems all other kids are happy when they visit too! Happy to recommend to friends and family!
