Awesome, in and out in 20 minutes for passport renewal. If you have all your documents in order, the passport is released on the spot, which is funny cause in Italy the usual waiting time is 2-3 weeks. Consulate staff very polite.
Federica and Giorgo helped me renew my passport - they were so very friendly and helpful. They explained exactly what the process was as well as what I would need to do afterwards. Great experience and such a great effort from them as volunteers. Thank you for all the help!

The most efficient and effective Consulate I have ever been to. I have called them before and they have been super nice and informative. I moved my aire residence from Canada to Scotland recently and I needed to update my passport. I followed the instructions and booked an appointment for the beginning of Jan 2023. Showed up a bit earlier and they saw me right away. 15 minutes later I had my new passport! This has never happened to me. Shocked on how easy it was. Additionally, I needed to do my Carta d’identità and since we had a little bit more time decided to just start the process asap. I will get it in leas than two weeks (no need to go back). AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!!
