I can’t recommend Harry enough. He cut my hair recently and absolutely nailed it — best cut I’ve had in years. He’s skilled, consistent, and genuinely cares about getting it right. After that appointment, I’ve decided he’s the only barber I’ll be booking with from now on. If you want someone who really knows their craft, Harry is your guy.
Went here as wasn't entirely happy with my usual place. Hair cut in less than 5 minutes with almost no care taken, had to ask chap to cut bits he missed and have had to finish more at home with scissors. The guy just looked like he couldn't be bothered. Would give it a miss as not cheap either
Do not come here. Guy will rush through your haircut while paying more attention to a YouTube video. All done in 10 minutes with no skill or technique on show. Worst haircut I have ever had. Looked better before I came in than I did when I left.
3/ 5 for the haircut I got.1/5 for the hair cut my child got. Over priced. would request more chat from the staff about hair cut detailing nd above all a good outcome at the end of work.
Had a fantastic experience at Guy & Beard Braehead! Harry did my hair and was absolutely brilliant, super friendly, easy to talk to, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He was quick and efficient without ever rushing, and the end result was spot on. Just what I asked for. Highly recommend Harry if you’re after a relaxed atmosphere, great service, and a sharp cut done right.
No matter what you tell them, they will not listen and cut your hair as they wish, have never seen a more lethargic barber, he sighed every 30 sec of my haircut and in the end messed it up real bad. Better look somewhere else.
Took my son for a skin fade tonight whilst being in the vicinity. The guy cutting his hair listened to what he asked for, clarified if it was low, mid or high fade, guard number, anything of top etc. My son is very picky with his hair but was very pleased with his hair and would be more than happy to let him cut it again.
Yesterday I got a fade and my beard sorted by Adeel which was done perfectly. Great quality cuts and great customer service cannot recommend him enough.
Looked at reviews before taking son for first haircut, they gave good impressions it was a kid friendly barber. Walked in rude guy said don’t cut cry babys does he cry? I said no he’s just needing a little trim don’t think he will cry, (wish now I’d walked straight back out at this point) the guy was so horrible, ruff and throwing the clippers up on counter all because my 2 yr old was moving his head because he didn’t like the clippers. I suggested just a trim with the scissors which he tried for 30 seconds then they got thrown up on the counter to. Got up and he had the cheek to charge me £13 for the worst ten mins of a fathers life. What a horrible man to treat a child like that, good job I wasn’t on my own!!!! I will never use this barber again if it was the last place left on earth, if you have kids I would avoid at all costs! I just hope my son doesn’t remember this horrible experience! What a plank of a man he should have a good look in the mirror or change his profession people like that shouldn’t be working with the public let alone kids.
Wee man loved his time at the barbers which is usually not the case (hearing issues) but came out chuffed and hair cut is great . Defo be back.
