I’d give less than one star if I could The man was very rough, hurt me a lot My nails are horrendous! When I told them I was still asked to pay and they wouldn’t fix them
Have been here numerous times but the hygiene and cleanliness is appauling! Add in that they do not speak to you or understand our language. Not good with children at all, grabbed my child’s hand to paint her nails and I shouted at him and walked out. Horrible people apart from one young girl (lovely) never again!!
Cheeky ignorant & unprofessional! No clue what they are doing . The boss sitting blasting Justin Bieber on his phone while doing nails , I got so agitated I asked for all Shelac off and left with nothing on my nails and still asked to pay . Pretending they can't speak English !!
I have been using this salon for a lot of years and I’m appalled at the way my nails were done today .. I had fingers and toe nails done with BIAB polish. I was in the shop a total of 40mins 10 mins waiting time then both toe and fingernails were rushed in 30 mins and they are a mess, I tried telling the girl the problem but she couldn’t understand me , the shop has deteriorated in hygiene ie no handwashing or cleaning work desk between clients and toe separators WERE FILTHY and obviously are being reused by many clients.. and prices seem to differ every time . Myself and daughters won’t be back as they also had problems in their last visit. £38 totally wasted as I need to find someone to rectify their shoddy work
Avoid! Dreadful nails done by the female who is vocal as you enter the shop. Overall appearance of the store dirty, dusty shelves where they have the two Buddha’s Overall Appearance screams lack of care and attention. My daughter had her nails done today and showed her the picture of what she wanted, if this was unachievable and out of this woman’s depth she should have said so. My daughter provided a photo of what she would like and what she received is completely different. It’s not all bad! The older man who did my other daughter nails actually did a fine job! She was delighted with her nails!
Mostly I get great service here but can be busy
The best nail shop for gel/shellac! They have a huge selection of colours to choose from and out of all of the nail shops that I’ve tried, theirs lasts the longest - it hardly chips/flakes. I’ve had the same guy every time and he does a great job, plus he’s fast. A few reviews mention that the staff are rude - remember that English isn’t their first language!
I have been a good times before but I won’t be back. I don’t know if it was a new guy but he ruined my nails. Only had it done 1 week and they looked terrible. They give no advice on what is good for your nail. Waste of your money.
Have used a few times they don't speak much to u just get the nails done .
I love these guys but today instead of soaking off my old nails they were basically ripped off and one nail was bleeding. The end result was marvellous as usual but my nails are louping tonight. Overall though fab xx
