   I thought at first I had got a good price for the carpet and underlay and fitting. Now that the carpet is fitted and I have had a chance to check the products out. I discover that the underlay supplied was Omega 10 which is sold at a retail (not wholesale)price of around £50 covering 15m2, enough for the bedroom. So the fitting of the bedroom carpet with no furniture or any preparation needed was at least £130 for 35 minutes labour,after deduction of the carpet price. Fitters also left 4-5 scuff marks on the freshly professionally decorated walls. Too much in a hurry. Wouldn't use again

   This was the first time using this company and it certainly won't be the last, the carpets are of great quality and a very good price, the fitters done a great job and cleaned everything up at the back of themselves, they were also very friendly and respected my property, I would recommend this company to others, well done.

   They are the best. Had most of my carpets fitted by Ideal Flooring and never been disappointed. The underlay is amazing. Great quality of carpets. Shout out to "young" Paul & Forbes who fitted our stair carpet (looped wool). You did an amazing job. You were so friendly and did your job to perfection. Highly recommend.

   First guy who came started and then left without a word... my elderly grandparents spent the next 2 days trying the phone number with no luck. They then had to go into the shop to be told they had been trying to get a hold of her... erm ok... no messages or anything... advised the quote had gone up by £150... they agreed to get the job done before Xmas... 2nd guy who came was great did what he said and advised them what was next... the 3rd lot left without telling them they were done and what was next... they didn't know if they had just left for lunch or something so waited in just in case.... final lot today left for my Grandparents to realise there bathroom door doesn't shut now... but even worse their front door doesn't shut so obviously doesn't lock... tried calling multiple times again no answer rushed down to the shop not open until after January..... UPDATE: Managed to get a hold of someone who sent a guy down who resolved the issue with the door in no time... apologised and admitted it shouldn't have been left like that... this guy was lovely and really made my Grandparents night by taking time out of his night to help them.... I can't give more stars because of the initial issues but eventually it was resolved
