Really poor service . One young girl was okay and the small older lady with black hair was not listening. She did not seem to grasp anything we asked for.
Our second purchase of an outlet product from Sofas & Stuff and the service remains first class. Tracey who assisted us with our remote purchase of bed bases was friendly , very helpful and quick to respond. The beds arrived 450miles later in Devon in perfect condition and as described. Thank you for an excellent service from start to finish.

Beautiful sofas- It has taken my husband and I three years to choose the right sofas for our home. There were multiple trips to sofa shops before narrowing our search to sofas and Stuff in Edinburgh. Here were were helped by the staff and particularly Jennifer, who had endless patience laying out many fabrics we were considering, and finding more for us to think about. She was very knowledgeable and went to great lengths to help us see examples in store of each aspect of our sofa choices, including the optional choice of cushion fillings, and legs. The end result has been worth all the careful consideration and we are thrilled with our beautiful and comfortable sofas.

We are extremely happy with the service we received at the Edinburgh store from Aleisha and Jennifer, both were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. The showroom is lovely and we were given plenty of time and no pressure to make our decision on which sofa would work best for us, we opted for the pugin 4 seater. The sofa is of the highest quality which we absolutely love and it’s so so comfy. We would highly recommend this store and would not hesitate to use again. Great experience from showroom to delivery!!! Quality all the way!! Sofas and Stuff in Edinburgh...sofa heaven really!!! Spoiled for choice in both in design and fabric. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but not pushy. I am delighted with my sofa. Delivered right on schedule (although the wait for your very own custom built sofa is a bit agonizing). The delivery service allowed me to choose a perfect time slot. The guys managed two flights of stairs and a tight corner with ease AND they unpacked and removed all the packing materials. Well done all around!! Sofas and Stuff gets 5 STARS. Now back to fluffing those luxurious down cushions!!!!
