Excellent service, with knowledgeable help choosing the right bed, to having it all set up in the bedroom.
Bought a mattress today and Jack was amazing! Took his time, didn't pressure us, wasn't trying to upsell or get us to buy the most expensive. He was fantastic! He took a good amount of time helping myself and my partner find the right mattress for both of us as we both have health problems and needed something that was comfortable and supportive. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
This is the second bed I have purchased from Bensons, can’t fault the service they provide, my bed was delivered in the time frame agreed and I was given a call 1 hour before delivery. The bed is lovely and really good quality.
Jack was fantastic in telling us everything we needed to know and helping us with any questions I had. He was very friendly and was understanding of our kids being with us, nothing was too much for him. He was very cautious of my younger child getting upset and worked through the process quickly and professionally making sure we had all the right information.
The materials are good but delivery was little bit screwed up with damages and not keeping them at room of choice
Bed was delivered with 2 damaged drawers. Still waiting to hear from customer services about resolving this issue
