Sale was easy and straightforward, however aftersales is non-existent. If you like to buy from the shop, where you have to chase up for an update, then this is your ideal shop. I do not recommend this branch at all. Maybe other ASC branches do care, but certainly this one does not. Over the phone you talk to the hand and they do not answer your questions.
Excellent service from Allan and Sandy. Some amazing stock they have on display and very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find what we needed. Will definitely be back 10/10
Honestly, it was an unintended trip here after been left alone when I was at Dreams... As we walked in, a gentlemen greeted us and told us to have a look. My wife and I wondered around a little, soon the same gent came to see if I was looking for anything...I him what sort of pillows I was looking for...tried, bought and left the store withing 15mins happy! Great store, limited but with high quality choices. Excellent customer service.
Fantastic shop with really helpful sales staff. No pressure and all the info and recommendations you'll need. We wandered in after getting the brush off from another shop very close by, would whole heartedly recommend and will definitely go back.

Awful service - avoid if you can Ordered a bed that was 'in stock' but the day before delivery got an email to say it is not in stock after all and we have an 8 week delay. The customer service email suggested we 'should 'have a look on our website to see if there is an alternative ottoman bed frame that you would like to reselect'. I don't think so. Demanded a full refund and will never use this company again
I bought my mattress in February, 1 month later during lockdown it became uncomfortable so called the store to ask about the comfort guarantee but they responded saying we had to buy the protectors in order for that to be valid. Nobody in the store told us this. Put up with it for another 4 months and eventually found it had developed a massive dip in the middle. Tried to report the faulty mattress but customer service was horrendous! Told us we had to email proof first then sent out a technician who confirmed it was faulty. Now they are refusing to refund and still can't decide whether or not to let us swap it. And not once did any of the various employees we talked to apologise. They kept promising to call back and didn't which meant we had to call them to get them to do anything! Atrocious service, terrible products. Do not go anywhere near this company!
Ordered a king size divan and headboard. Was told 1-2 weeks delivery. Shop called within a week to say everything was ready. Took delivery 2 days later! Amazing service from the salesman Alex right through to delivery. They even phoned to say they would be with me in 30 mins and carried it all upstairs. Highly recommend.
