   Absolutely delighted with our kitchen. The whole process from design to installation was seamless and stressless. Our ceilings were lowered and we had a large, what was, an imposingly large window, which Alan made a few suggestions to making it not so overpowering , and it now looks amazing. We have a small kitchen but the design has given us more room and storage. From Clair the designer , Simon the surveyor, Alan Innes and Owen the fitters, Tony the plumber and Lorcan the spark, all excellent workmen and all had their ideas and solutions to producing the perfect workspace. Nothing was too much trouble. Job took 8 day and the most stressful thing was making sure I had the kettle on for coffee at lunch. Would highly recommend using KBB if you are thinking about renovating.

   I always deliberately seek out family companies when I need something done as the service is usually better and this did not fail to live up to my expectations. Claire, the designer, listened to my thoughts and we spent a lot of time discussing ideas. She was patient when I wanted to change things and was keen to ensure everything was correct before any commitment was made. With regards to the installation itself, I cannot speak highly enough of Allan and Innes who carried out the work with close attention to detail, a very high level of professionalism and caused the minimum disruption possible to the household. They kept me informed every step of the way with what was happening but more than anything they were two very genuine, nice people. The coordination with the other trades, plumber, electrician etc, was seamless and there was no waiting around for one thing to be done before another thing could be completed. Thanks too to Racheal, who keeps everything going on the admin side for her immediate responses to every query, no matter how small. The end result is a stunning new kitchen and I cannot recommend the KBB Company highly enough. They also did a wardrobe renovation (designed cleverly by Alan) for me at the same time which has turned out to be a wonderful investment as I can now actually see everything in my wardrobe and don't have to spend ages hunting for things. On top of that it looks very stylish! Sincere thanks to all at The KBB Company.

   We had The KBB Company to install fitted wardrobes around our bed. We bought a new house and were really lacking storage. David came over to get an idea of what we were looking for. He quickly got back to us with a quote and digital render of what they could do. Our wardrobes were fitted quickly and are amazing quality. Communication from David and the team was quick and easy. All staff members are so friendly! David really brought our vision to life, and made some wonderful recommendations regarding materials, colours, and handles. We are delighted with our new wardrobes, and greatly appreciate the extra storage space we now have. I’d recommend KBB to anyone.

   Just had my bathroom redesigned and fitted by them and would highly recommend this company. From the design to the fitting they were very professional. Communication from Racheal was excellent we were kept up to date. The standard and quality of the goods were great and the fitters made an excellent job. They were friendly, prompt, excellent workmanship and tidy. Would use them again and would fully recommend them.

   My fitted wardrobe which I bought from this company around 15/20 years ago had one of the sliding doors go faulty. I contacted the company, they came the next day and actually repaired the door there and then. I was fully expecting to have to pay for a new door, but David was brilliant and fixed it. He refused to take any payment for his time and effort which in this day and age is fabulous service especially given the age of my wardrobe. Obviously I thoroughly recommend this company - so professional! I would definitely go there again.

   We have just used KBB to instal a full new kitchen. The whole team, from design to installation, were very professional. Claire’s design ideas and advice enhanced the quality of the layout and style of the kitchen and she also helped to incorporate our own ideas into the design. The installation team of Allan and Owen were on time every morning, they explained each stage of the job very clearly, they were able to overcome issues created by the previous installation, they worked with us to ensure as little disturbance as possible as we both work from home and always left the job clean and tidy every evening. The finished work is of a very high standard and the whole project was completed in the timescales given at the outset. I would have no hesitation in using them again for other projects or recommending them to friends and family.

   A very good company and a good experience for us. We had two wardrobes replaced. The planning and design process was thorough with opportunities for feedback and our input. The installation process was excellent. The unwanted wardrobes were dismantled and the new ones fitted by an excellent team of two, Alan and Innes. They took great care to ensure a first rate job and were keen to discuss the finer points of the installation with us.
