   Before coming to the shop I already had in mind the bed I wanted buy. Although that particular bed was not available to see, but the shop had quite good selection of other beds (especially considering the small size of shop), the advisor was very helpful answering our questions and showed similar products to my choice. The bed was delivered slightly quicker than the maximum waiting time. Unfortunately there was no assembly instruction included, but it was solved very quickly and we got it via email. The bed is very nice, sturdy enough, we all are very happy with it.

   Some of the holes don’t match up so we was not able to put it together waiting for a response, update, new parts was delivered and all fit perfectly thank you for getting back to me quickly

   Overall quality of bed is really good, but a few things went wrong… I ordered this bed on 3rd of May, it came on the 24th, I wasn’t told they are made to order so didn’t realise it would take 3 weeks. I was told it would be with me from the 29th of May-5th of June, which would be 4 weeks, so I was happy it came a week early, I just would have rather I got the 8 days notice I was promised. The day it was supposed to come, I get a slip through my door from parcel force with no ref no on it and they hadn’t rung my doorbell (which is recoded). The slip said they would try the next again day, waiting in all day for it not to come, it eventually came on the third day, and to be fair the delivery man very kindly helped me to bring it up my stairs. When building the bed the instructions were quite simple, however I would say the parts of wood could have been marked up E..g 1 a, 1b etc. The top post that had pre made holes did not line up, so we had to make our own hole. All in all though it is a really solid good quality bed. We went for the coconut latex mattress and it’s really comfortable.

   Excellent item and service. Some of the assembly instructions weren't quite accurate so it took me longer to assemble than the 1 hour others have claimed. But pleased with the item.

   Bought this bed for my 6 year old, I absolutely love it and so does she. It took just over an hour to put together with the help of another person. Only thing I would say is, there were no instructions on how to build the drawer for underneath the bed, there were screws/other parts that I was unsure where to put them but otherwise very happy with this purchase.

   Ordered a bed which arrived from Poland. When I got around to unpacking it it transpired that it was damaged by way of a big chunk missing which showed the chipboard underneath. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of sending it back so I undertook a repair myself. The quality is not very good, it's just chipboard with some lacquer on top. For the price they charge you're better off buying from IKEA. Disappointed to say the least!

   Brought a new bed for our 2 year old son. Was really happy with the design that we found and after reading the reviews pleased to order from Children's Bed Home. Deliver took a couple of weeks but was informed of the tracking etc. When came very well wrapped. Was easy to put together and very strong once completed. Little boy was so excited helping me build his new bed. He loves going to bed in a big boys bed now. :) Would totally recommended
