   They have a lovely product, even if expensive, but their ability to actually supply it faultlessly was disappointing and I found the overall attitude in the company was more that the customer is wrong than right. I signed T&C's and paid a deposit and then later was provided with a different T&C that they expected me to sign that stated they were not responsible if the kitchen didnt fit. This was not what the original Terms stated and they tried to pass this off as normal. They had taken measurements on-site but due to a couple of errors the kitchen did not fit properly and this took time to resolve. They feel they have no responsibility for site measurement and being responsible if their kitchen fits or not. Sadly on this I do not agree.

   From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Our designer, Angus, was a pleasure to deal with—professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to getting every little detail just right. He made sure all our requests were included, from a custom spice cupboard to a cleverly concealed door into the garage. The kitchen itself is absolutely stunning and finished to the highest standard. We're delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Archispek to anyone looking for a beautifully designed and expertly crafted kitchen.

   Excellent workmanship and the highest quality of finishes are the best way to describe Archispek's units. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Louise worked tirelessly with us to incorporate our ideas and a long wishlist. She went above and beyond to help us achieve what we wanted and worked closely with our builder to overcome a couple of problems as the kitchen was designed and installed. She really communicated with us at every stage and we couldn't recommend her highly enough.

   We are delighted with our kitchen from Archispek. From the early conversations at the initial design stage to completion we have been blown away with the service provided. Melissa thoughtfully worked with our ideas and we had confidence in her designs from the outset. Cost wise we managed to make it work within our budget and we got an incredibly bespoke finish for a very competitive price. The recommended kitchen fitters (Joe) were also really good. The trip from Glasgow to North Berwick was well worth the visit and we are so glad we went with Archispek for our new kitchen and study desk.

   As part of the plans for a loft conversion / renovation Archispek was recommended by my architect. That recommendation was one of the best things to happen to my project. As part of the renovation we were putting a new kitchen in the old bedroom and knocking down a wall to make it into a kitchen / living / dining area. We had no clear vision of how the kitchen would look but demanded that it should look good, be affordable and be functional. When briefing Archispek, they were able to deliver on these demands and more. From the first to the last design, Archispek worked with us and helped us come up with a bespoke design we did not know we could have. Throughout the design process, from picking a drawer to picking a colour for that drawer, Archispek were helpful, responsive & patient with every question we had. When the kitchen arrived Archispek were more than helpful and responsive in helping fix snagging issues. Archispek have helped us in other areas of our renovation delivering units for our new bathroom in the loft and units for the utility room. Archispek have been an absolute pleasure to work with. After close to 7 months of using the kitchen everyday, it is still my favourite place to be. I would highly recommend Archispek for any renovation/building work projects you may have!

   We have been in contact with Archispek for several months working on the design of a kitchen for our new open plan extension. They were recommended by our architect, Koshini Gaffney, and we are very glad of this because we otherwise might not have known about them. Archispek offer bespoke, high quality kitchens at reasonable prices in terms of cost vs quality. The quality of materials is very good and you can tell from being in their small showroom that care has been taken to select the best available products and suppliers, from more affordable items (Bosh/Siemens/Neff etc), to higher end choices such as Bora hobs and Fenix NTM. Appliance prices are particularly good value. Communication about potential options is also excellent, and the design process flows smoothly in terms of how quickly they are able to get back to the client with drawings, specifications and quotes. Huse has been very tolerant of us making quite a few big and smaller changes to our design. He is always ready to give his opinion on what might work well, but isn't at all pushy. We haven't had the kitchen installed yet, so I plan to update more once that happens. In the meantime, I would not hesitate to recommend this company on the basis of quality but also their client relations and customer support. You won't regret choosing to work with them.

   Archispek gave us a fantastic service when we went to them looking for a new kitchen for the house we were renovating. They quickly understood our needs and were able to show us the options for how these could be fulfilled in tems of layout, materials, fittings, etc. And there were plenty options - including 'any colour that we would like'. Unlike most other kitchen suppliers, they were not in the slightest 'pushy' and gave us all the information we needed, and all the time we needed to make up our minds. And when it came to the delivery of the kitchen, it came on time, and exceeds our expectation in terms of how it looks and, more importantly, how it works for us. And price? We were confident that we could not have got a kitchen of such quality for less, even from a 'high street' supplier. We could not recommend them highly enough.,

In each case, Paul has been attentive to detail, open to design ideas and helpful in suggesting alternative materials, finishes and products. His post-installation service has been excellent also. I look forward to recommending Paul's services and Archispek as supplier of excellent kitchens to future clients, their design to completion service has been excellent on all levels.
