Went specially for an item I'd seen online - none on view in store. An intuitive assistant 'read' my bemusement and enquired as to what I was hunting for. She checked electronically believing that the item had been discontinued to discover there just might be some stored outwith shop in nearby depository, could I come back in a little while. 15 minutes later she'd magically unearthed three remaining items. Delighted she went to this bother - all for a £20 pan! So refreshing and in welcomed contrast to the often 'if it's not on the shelf....' response, too common elsewhere. Thank you again ProCook. Consistently good old fashioned service-with-a-smile!

Went for a visit, came out with Japanese knives , and staff very helpful.
The shop was really well laid out so it was very easy to find what we were looking for. The staff were friendly and helpful and explained the 2 year warranty to us very clearly. The prices were fantastic, as was the range of products! I would have ended up buying half the shop if my other half hadn't kept me on the straight and narrow. In the end, I settled for the wok and chopping boards that we went in for but I'll definitely be back for more soon!
When I arrive at the shop, the member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable,and made the experience very easy for me. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me several products that suited my needs. Value for money was excellent and quality of the products is first class. I'll definitely be back to buy again.
