   Great service.. Needed 7 extra bags of ecorend as was a touch short for a job that was being done. They didn't have any in stock in Glasgow but went out their way to get it up from Kilmarnock on a truck the same day. Will definitely use again.

   Found the guy in the sales office to be very dour and verging on rude. This happens sometime in merchants, and it seems this guy is of the same ilk. Just be friendly, I know it’s a builders merchants but we are all still customers. Will only use if essential. Otherwise life is just too short to be served with such negativity.

   Pedantic and unhelpful. Dont try and turn up at 16:30 and expect to be able to purchase anything, they have already cashed up and clocked off. Just standing around looking pretty till its knocking off time at 17:00... Ridiculous
