Expensive for the same products other's offer, and poor service for all that money. Al Murad had the same tiles we wanted as their competitors for 25% more, plus double the delivery cost. However, we went with them because the others couldn’t get the tiles to us in time, and we are on a time crunch. Just before Al Murad was set to deliver, I received a call advising me that my order were all damaged, and there would be a week delay. By way of compensation they offered a lousy £15 - which doesn't even cover 10% of the excess we paid using them over their competitors. The service was poor, the compensation equivalent to a spit in the eye, and the product was overpriced. This is our third tiling job in the last two months, and all the other companies have been fantastic. I strongly suggest you seek your tiles elsewhere.
