Such a Rudd and abusive customer services if ask help they will say u time waster customer be careful 50% will cut off if u return any item and will show u abusive behaviour
Ordered in-stock parts online, received no confirmation email or receipt but money taken immediately. Parts eventually arrived 10 days later after multiple phone calls to chase. 1 part was wrong, more phone calls. Over 2 weeks to receive a complete order and still no proof of purchase ever received. Wouldn't use again.
Useless customer service , bought 2 cast cross branches , went to return 1 with receipt , told 50 % restocking charge . Would see the point of it was a special order but not a stock item off the shelf ..
I was a regular customer many years ago and had good standing with this company, a return visit recently for items for my own property left me feeling ripped off, pumped if you’re from Glasgow!!!
