   You have a very badly behaved member of staff, bawling and shouting very ,aggressive,intimidating manner towards a senior citizen,who was ony asking for advice and looking to make several purchases. Totally bullying behaviour ,never ever have come across anything like this. In my opinion he should be dismissed Immediately. This behaviour towards the Public while in your employment is unacceptable, it was so bad. I have logged with rhe Police,and Head Office.

   Absolutely fantastic service today, went in looking for a bathroom mortice lock. Was quiet in there and 2 of the guys went hunting for an easily reversible mortice lock off their own back, I hadn't asked them to. One of the guys had found a mortice lock that reverses by twisting the lock itself, great find, couldn't ask for better friendlier service
