   I've just had James round to clean my 20 year old patio, and I'm so pleased with the results, it looks brand new again. I'm really pleased with the work and the professionalism of James and his approach to how he works, from his health and safety precautions, such as cones around his vehicle, wearing of PPE, collection of waste, explaining to me in detail about the job before starting the work. Very neat and tidy, and very courteous. I will definitely be using their services again and would highly recommend it. Great job done James

   It's a shame your reputation as purported online doesn't extend to the lack of concern shown when asked to stop dumping your water waste outside our office premises. One building away from the business you were 'servicing', you felt it was completely acceptable to dispose of the waste you had collected outside our reception door which encounters a lot of visitors. Had you been more willing to dispose of your waste in a more environmentally friendly manner I would not feel the need to post such a low review of your business services. The water disposed of is clearly covered in a chemical film and I'm sure it will biodegrade within time. However, this is in principle still shows a lack of concern for your environment and reputation.
