   Ordered stones Frid 18/7 no communication as to when they were going to be delivered. Phoned them 22/7 to be told they would be here 23/7 between 1,30 and 2 as we were second delivery in the afternoon. Still not here and it’s now 345 - not good enough. Last time using this company as similar happened last tume and now website says clised . Awful customer service!

   I ordered 3 tonnes of 10mm drainage gravel. A picture from their website is appended to the review along with my own photos of what turned up. Utter garbage that was full of huge stones, nails, glass and other debris. It's clearly recycled crushed material which would be fine if that's what it was advertised as. I had to build a makeshift riddle to separate out the big stones. Emailed to complain weeks ago and had no response. Avoid.

   The Cobble Shop will be my go-to for all my future garden needs. Absolutely delighted with the price, delivery and quality of the Bark Chips that arrived today. The year old mulch currently in my garden was looking rather dire and although I know it breaks down over time it really hasn’t met my expectations and appears to have ‘disappeared’. The garden looks fabulous now, the Bark Chips are a great colour that compliment the plants and the smell when spreading was amazing. Delivery was seamless and the driver was courteous and safely placed the 2 bulk bags in the exact spot needed. Thank you so much from a very happy customer :)

   Delivered to wrong place despite detailed delivery instructions. No phone call when being delivered despite asking for one ro make sure the cement could be put undercover. Over two weeks for a delivery locally. When delivery was eventually in the right place they didn't close the closed gate and the dogs got out. Poor, disappointed, expected more professionalism from such supposed high profile local company.

   The Cobble shop is great for the garden plants and stones for rockeries or walls. It also sells plants too.Its easy access as you just drive up to Magbie Hill. It's all one level so fine for anyone with mobility issues.
