   Went into the Glasgow.store today 19.04.2022 with my parnter, and was very happy with the service that we both received parnter never been in store before today and was very happy with customer service and the staff was very nice and allowed us.both to walk.around and not watching us we were treated with respect and not treated like shop lifters

   I would give 0.5 stars but isn't an option unfortunately. Usually when I visit the store there is a general feeling that you are not welcome and being watched from a distance (Could be because there is no one else in the store on every visit). On my most recent visit I did not feel welcome once again and customer service goes along way in my books, so will take my business elsewhere.

   I always thought this seemed a good store and the guys are generally pretty helpful , Until you have a problem that is ! Then you see this company for what it really is ....................Woeful ! Blatant disregard for any consumers rights , customer services attitude is take it or leave it , Beware when buying anything electrical like power washers or boost packs etc I have had a bad experience with both and so far I,m down nearly £500 . Speaking as a business owner and someone who has had to jump through hoops to keep my customers over the years I have been truly sickened by the performance of this mob.
