   I recently visited this clinic for a pelvic scan and had a great experience. The staff were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The sonographer explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions. The appointment ran on time, and I received my results promptly. The clinic is clean, well-organised, and easy to access. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone needing a pelvic scan or similar service.

   I am very much satisfied with the services of Ultrasound Direct clinic in Edinburgh. Booking was, as always, simple and straightforward. The receptionist was very friendly and cordial. The experienced sonographer, Carol Ross, was very professional and thorough. I can highly recommend Ultrasound Direct. There is just one area where the service could be improved. Currently, the service is very much focused on one customer stream, expecting moms. As I have come for an organ health check, I, and any other customer in my situation, would greatly appreciate a pdf report on A4 letterhead paper. Present white on black screenshot provided as a jpg image, alas, is not as useful or easy to share with your GP.

   Julie, Carol and the team at Ultrasound direct are fantastic. I’ve had multiple scans during my current pregnancy due to anxiety, and the team have reassured me with their expertise. Knowledgable and caring, I’ve felt the staff are always there to help and always give me as much time as I need during scans to ask questions and get the reassurance I need. I’ve had early scans, quick scans, and the NIPT, and every time I visit I know I will excellent clinical care. I highly recommend Ultrasound Direct Edinburgh.

   I self referred for an upper abdominal scan for reassurance, having had some right sided discomfort. My GP referred me to my local hospital for a scan in June and unfortunately, due to the NHS pressures, i'm still on the waiting list. I chose the Edinburgh clinic at a time and date to suit me. Carol was the radiographer and from the start of the appointment, I felt that i was in safe hands. She was very reassuring and talked me through the whole process. The whole experience was excellent and a very professional service. I would recommend Ultrasound Direct if you are feeling anxious about your health.

   Warm, welcoming and friendly staff made this a wonderful experience. From the first phone call to book the appointment to the follow up confirmations ensuring we were happy with everything, we couldn’t feel in safer hands. The facilities were welcoming and modern as well as clean and comfortable. As soon as the scan began we were put at ease as the lovely technician went straight to our babies heart to show how strong it was, I’ve been to some who took a picture of the heart so we didn’t see it beating which was very stressful. We couldn’t recommend this facility enough, excellent job by everyone. Thank you so much

   We had gender reveal scan for our last baby. Great family experience as our 2 kids were allowed to be in the room and watch their little sibling on the screen. I felt very comfortable and our sonographer was very gentle and super nice during the whole visit.

   Me and my family had the most amazing experience here for our 4D scan. After being to 2 other venues for private scans this one gave such a 5 star experience. From the moment we came in to the minute we left we felt welcome and looked after. The sonographer Evelyn was so lovely, patient and I couldn’t have asked for a better sonographer. I would highly recommend here.

   This place is wonderful, they've been absolutely amazing throughout my first trimester. I had quite a few scans due to some medical issues and they've been so supportive through the whole 12 weeks. Every time I went in they were so thorough and spent the time trying to get nice videos of baby moving around for us to keep. I've usually got the download code by the time I get home too and they send so much stuff. Well worth the price you pay for the peace of mind and insights as your little one grows in the early stages.
