I have used Ultrasound Direct Livingstone on several occasions over the years and am always impressed by their friendliness and professionalism, from the initial call and booking at reception to the procedure itself and the way the information is passed over and discussed in plain language one can easily understand . The official report and imaging is soon transmitted to your email and or phone and is very easy to access .
Been here a few times and had such a lovely experience. Evelyn is so knowledgable and takes time to try get the right photos! Would reccomended to anyone!
Amazing experiance from the minute we walked in the building. Staff were all super friendly and the lovley receptionist made such an effort with my young son chatting away to him and making him smile it really made his day. Lots of detail in the ultra sound, we were shown baby in 4d also and recieved our gender news. We had some pictures printed and also recieved a really east digital file to download additiation images and a few videos. Amazing value for the price. Would dedinatly recommend and come back in the future. Thanks for a fab experiance.
We had two scans due to baby not wanting to open their legs. Both sonographer's were amazing, lovely, kind and knowledgeable. We were welcomed very warmly and looked after from the moment we walked in the door. We had a great experience and would recommend if you are considering a private scan.
A lovely small clinic with exceptionally friendly staff. Our 4D scan was very thorough and detailed and although our wee girl wasn’t for showing us her full face, the sonographer was still able to get us some great pictures and recordings.
We love coming to baby bond. The staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. We lost our twins a few weeks after our gender scan here last year unfortunately, our babies didn't want to wait to come at term so they decided 4 months early would be their time. They both passed away at 12 days and 5 days old, the day after each other. The staff here knew that this happened when we booked a new scan for our rainbow baby, the staff were and are amazing with us. Very compassionate, caring and respectful. They took real good care of us. We are now 25 weeks pregnant with a girl and im so happy I came to baby bond again, the experience was made so much easier with the professionals here. We will be coming back again when we get further in the pregnancy, we wouldn't look back and we don't regret a thing! Thankyou so much baby bond, our experience couldnt have been made better the second time around :D
