   Today (13/10/2025), I visited a store and happened to be on a phone call. Without realizing it, about an hour passed as I hadn’t started shopping yet. Around 9:45 PM on October 13th, a security staff member approached me and asked why I had been in the store for over an hour without making any purchases. If there’s a rule stating that customers shouldn’t stay in the store while on a call or must focus solely on shopping, it should be clearly mentioned somewhere. I’ve never experienced such a situation anywhere in the world before — I was simply on a call and had planned to start shopping after finishing it.

   I managed to get a disabled space, then I also managed to get a scooter to do my shopping. I didn’t get everything that I was looking for though. The prices are ridiculously high so I only go when I need to as a last resort.

   Always go on a Sunday because it is nice and quiet. Firstly I have a coffee in the cafe served by Lynne what a wonderful person nothing is too much bother. I can usually get what I need.

   Shopping not to bad some staff really nice others a bit indifferent,and definitely won't use the photo department again girl is so ignorent not just my opinion I know it doesn't belong to Tesco but she needs some customer service training not helpful at all .

   Poor store. Half the shelves were empty, didn't get most of the items I needed. Got to self scanner as I'd only a few things, one particular item wouldn't scan properly. After waiting quite a good few minutes, assistant came back with a completely different item to the one I tried to buy. Waste of time and effort. Clueless. I'll not set foot in this place again. Dreadful service.

   Tesco is a great store, however, they have closed all of their changing rooms, why why why? Is it to encourage people to take their clothes home and if not completely happy they will just keep them because they do not want to go back to the shop to return the item? Big failure by Tesco

   A large market, extensive facilities, a wide range of goods in various categories. Vegetables and fruits to choose from. Not all prices are the lowest in comparison with other large markets, but there is nothing to blame. Today, hardly anyone compares prices and looks for where to buy a lot and cheaply. ;)
